Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or unauthorized collection points.

As soon as your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment.

Upon Delivery

We recommend that you immediately verify:

  • that the number of packages matches the information provided by the courier;
  • that the packaging is intact and shows no signs of damage or tampering.

If you notice any irregularities or visible damage, please report them directly to the courier at the time of delivery and contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you.

From the moment the goods are delivered, the risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the customer.
