INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
(Please read this information before completing the form)
1. HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform the trader, before the withdrawal period expires, of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an explicit statement, optionally using the standard withdrawal form available on the website.
You may notify us of your withdrawal in one of the following ways:
Click here. You will be redirected to the misteik login page where, after entering your credentials, you can access your account and submit your return request directly from your order.
Alternatively, you may notify us of your decision by any other means, optionally using the standard withdrawal form available on our Website, and in any case providing your full name, email address, order number, product description, and the date on which you received the product. Failure to provide this information may make it difficult for us to process your return request correctly.
The withdrawal shall be deemed to have been exercised within the applicable time limit if the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal is sent before the withdrawal period expires.
2. WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
The consumer has a period of 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without incurring any costs other than those provided for by applicable law.
The 14-day period starts on the day on which you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) receive the purchased goods. If multiple goods are purchased under a single order but delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day the last item is received.
3. TIME LIMIT AND PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING THE PRODUCT
The consumer must return the goods within 14 days from the date on which they notified misteik of their decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is considered met if the goods are shipped back before the 14-day period expires.
Return procedure and address: Once we have received your withdrawal notice, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the goods. The return shipping costs shall be borne by you.

Condition of returned goods: Products must be returned complete, unused, and undamaged (except for the defects expressly disclosed by misteik on the Website before the conclusion of the Contract), including any accessories, with all tags still attached, in their original packaging, together with any accompanying documentation (e.g. instruction manuals, product certificates, etc.), where applicable, and without any further reduction in value compared to the condition documented and described on the product page at the time of purchase.
Under the Italian Consumer Code, the consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Prepaid shipping label provided by Misteik: Misteik will provide a prepaid return shipping label. The return shipping cost (indicated on each product page) will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. REFUND
Misteik will reimburse all payments received from the consumer, including the standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from the consumer's choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), in accordance with applicable law.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, the consumer will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
6. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Without prejudice to the conditions relating to the state in which the products must be returned in order to exercise the right of withdrawal, please note that, pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection (e.g. opened cosmetic products).
